The hotel had comfortable rooms with nice showers, located near the center of Helensburgh. The service was efficient, and the dining options were satisfying. However, the slight slope leading to the location was a minor inconvenience.
I adored the charming 4 poster bed in my room and all the facilities provided were excellent. The staff were exceptionally accommodating, although the shower could have been a bit more powerful. The location was perfect for exploring the town, but the noise from the nearby railway line was a minor inconvenience. Dining options were top-notch with a delightful selection of hand-made pasta. Overall, a great stay with a few minor hiccups.
